OUR MISSION
To see the people of God live as disciples of Jesus and experience Gospel Maturity, Gospel Multiplication, and Gospel Renewal in our city and to the ends of the earth.
What is a Disciple?
A disciple of Jesus is a lifelong follower of Christ who is joyfully dedicated to:
1) Consistent worship of the Triune God
2) Service to God and others
3) Sharing the Good News of the gospel
4) Increasingly submitting to the Lordship of Jesus in all of life
5) Actively seeking the restoration of all things to Christ, for our good and His glory.

Our DNA
Our DNA is what drives each and every thing we do as a church. At Sola Church we are wholly convinced that the only way we actually make disciples is by being stubbornly committed to the Gospel, and living in Community and on Mission.
Gospel- the good news that God has acted in history to conquer evil and reconcile sinners to Himself through the perfect life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The gospel transforms people, churches, cities, and culture; the gospel changes EVERYTHING!
Community- We are saved by Community- the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit- for community. God, in the gospel adopts us into His family. Therefore, the Church is not an event, or a place, but a unique people set apart for the work of God, as sons and daughters of God.
Mission- We are missionaries sent into this city to bring the Kingdom of God here, as it is, and will be in Heaven. God is actively using His Church to renew and restore all things to Christ. Every area of your life is your mission field.

Our Beliefs
Sola Church joyfully and enthusiastically affirms the following Creeds, Confessions, and Statements of Faith:
- The Westminster Confession of Faith
- The Apostles’ Creed
- The Athanasian Creed
- The Nicene Creed
- The Chalcedonian Creed
- The Foundational Documents of the The Gospel Coalition
Additionally Sola Church offers its unique theological perspective on other issues that may be deemed as secondary (beliefs that are important, but not necessarily matters of outright heresy), or cultural (issues that are more pressing on the culture we presently live in). It is left to the elders discretion as to how tightly Sola will hold on to certain secondary or cultural beliefs, and if they are required to be held to remain in good standing with the membership covenant. Some issues, especially those that are more cultural, can be treated as primary beliefs, even if they are not explicitly mentioned in the above confessions or creeds.
Some examples of these issues are:
- Infant baptism vs. Parent-Child Dedication (Secondary)
- The Supernatural Gifts of the Spirit (Secondary)
- Pre-millennialism vs Post- millennialism vs Amillennialism (Secondary)
- Covenant Theology vs Dispensationalism (Secondary)
- God and Alcohol (Cultural)
- Sex and Gender (Cultural)
- The use of Technology and the Christian Life (Cultural)
